JobCard
Overview
JobCard produces high quality reports on demand. Using the number of the job you wish to create a report for, JobCard will create a report containing all of the information related to the specific job and let you print the report.
Ease of use
JobCard can be used in two ways, firstly by requesting a single report based on its job number. In this mode, the user will be able to preview the report before printing.
JobCard is also available in a mode intended for use in conjunction with Primavera Project Management. Selecting entries in Primavera Project Management then copying them to the clipboard will result in JobCard being able to print reports based on the entries selected. This lets the user fine tune what appears in the report. It is also very simple to use and can easily run in the background whilst you work on your project, ready to use when you need to print a report. This mode can even be launched from within Primavera Project Management as an external application, meaning no time is wasted on logging in to the software.
Printing multiple reports
JobCard can also be used to create multiple reports at the same time. This useful batch printing option allows the user to select the relevant information in Primavera and, using the clipboard, copy it to JobCard. JobCard will then provide printing options and create reports. This method of using JobCard can create single reports, or many at once. This allows the user to combine the powerful sorting and grouping functionality of Primavera with the useful ability to print relevant reports.
Printing to PDF
JobCard can be configured to use a PDF printer driver to create PDF files instead of hardcopy printouts. This means it's easy to send your reports to others as e-mail attachments.
